Each apartment is fully equipped for short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, comfortable sitting area, anatomic mattresses, all apartment’s rooms are airconditioned, roof ventilators in bedrooms, large screen smart TV (with satellite channels), Free WiFi, Safe boxes and more. We do have a washing & drying machine, free of charge for our guests. The backyard terrace is open to all our guests. We provide daily cleaning and every 3-4 days we change the towels and bed linen.
Please note:
Each apartment we have has unique characteristics and it might not be easy to rent in a short notice. We try to balance the flexibility needs of our customers with our predictability needs. Hence, our cancellation policy is “Flexible – 21 days”:
The guests can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival . The guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days period before arrival date. No refund for No-show or cancel on check-in date.
* When booking is made more then 21 days before check-in, only valid credit card is needed (through secured Stripe payment platform), then 50% will be charged 21 days before check-in and the rest 50% will be charged on check-in date. Canceling the reservation at least 21 days before check-in will prevent any charges.
* When booking is made less then 21 days (and more than 1 day) before check-in, you still have 2 hours to cancel without charges. 50% will be charged after 2 hours and the rest 50% will be charged on check-in date.
* When booking is made 1 day before or at check-in date, the booking is non-refundable, the reservation will be charged in full.
EXTRA FLEXIBILITY FOR COVID SITUATION IN GREECE
In the unfortunate case that Greece will be closed for tourism, the reservation can be canceled free of charge with no time limit.
Children of any age are allowed.
• Children below 1 year old can stay for free. Baby cot needs to be requested and confirmed during reservation.
• Children from 1 years old to 9 years old can stay for 50% of extra adult per night (no extra charge if total capacity is 2).
• Children from 10 and up pay as adults.
We are using Secure Payments via Stripe. That means:
• When you book a stay at Eriel Apartments, you will be directed to stipe secure payment page.
• Stripe accepts most credit/debit cards
• 50% of the amount will be charged 14 days before check-in, the rest will be charged at check-in date.
• The price is final – All relevant taxes (VAT, City, Tourist), cleaning fees and credit payment fees are included in the price.
• Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00 with personal welcoming and check-in, self check-in after 22:00
• Check-out from 00:00 to 11:00 (when checking out just leave the keys on the table and close the door)
• For insurance and regulatory needs, we request our guests to provide their passport and address details when they book.
• In order to coordinate the check-in, we request our guests must provide a phone number and means of communication when they book.
• Since it is a residential area, we set a minimum age of 24 for the older person in each apartment.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and the corridors. Smoking is allowed at the balconies and back terrace only.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 15:00 and 18:00, and after 23:00. Please remember it is a residential neighborhood.
• Each apartment has a maximum capacity. We do not allow exceeding this capacity. No extra beds are available.
• As everywhere in Greece, it is not allowed to throw paper or other disposables into the toilet.
